Hi all...I am new to the forums...but a big Nissan / Infiniti fan. I just bought a 2005 Murano SE AWD with all the goodies...It has BOSE...(it has a SAT Button) Can someone recommend a way to get alternate video on the NAV screen? Like a Portable DVD player.

Thanks,Scott

Sorry for the late response, but welcome to NICOclub! Glad to have you joining us here in the Murano Forum!

If you do have the full color Nav screen, it is possible to connect a permanant DVD player to your screen. I would suggest mounting the DVD player in your center console. Let me know if you want more details, I can certainly help!

Not to hijack the post (but I guess I am)...

With that said, is it possible then to add an aftermarket backup camera and display it on the nav screen?

plug for rear view (so it works like factory) and also have another input for video.

I'm planning to put that in on my 06 S (just put in ipod integration) so I can put rear camera in factory location, add prob ps2 (since I never use it in house) and kid will have fun with it...
