Getting used 240sx parts

Going to a salvage yard on Wednesday and I was just wondering if only 240sx parts will fit my 89 240sx or if there are other cars that share parts?

What kind of parts are you after?

Possibly outside door handle, door and trunk lock set, headlight motor, etc. I know the 240sx body had different names depending on where it was sold in the world so I was just wondering if 180sx, 200sx, Silvia parts would work? Also are all 1st gen 240sx parts interchangeable? Just dont want to but something that doesn't fit. 3rd gen camaros are 1982-1992 but for example 1985 parts will not fit 1987 camaro. So just making sure the 240sx isn't like that.

Door handle might be the same as a few cars around the same year.

Body wise, all S13's are the same except for the front bumper and if I recall correctly, the front fender/bumper extensions.
