ok, so i've talked to these guys and expressed that i want to run 12 lbs of boost and this is the setup they've come up with

redtop SR20det (duh)fmic440cc injectors255 lb/hr fuel pump3" downpipespec stg 3 clutch (i think)fuel railfuel pressure regulator

no fuel management adjustments like AFC...how does this sound?

You don't need upgraded fuel rail, FPR or injectors to run up to 15 psi on a red-top.

for just a simple 12 PSI, you can do it on the stock engine and SMIC (although 12 PSI is the limit, IMO), but you will need to replace the stock fuel pump. I'm running 12 PSI and I need to upgrade my pump because I can hear some pinging when I fully boost.

my reasons for not going with some of the other things is this:injectors aren't needed until you push higher boost (14+) and even then you'll need to consider upgrading the MAF. Both will require a piggy back or an ECU reflash. Do them together and save some money on the ECU.

Fuel rail is somthing that doesn't become restrictive until you try to go for some insane level of boost. Money can be better spent elsewhere for now. Same with the FPR.

3" downpipe will help, but it won't be allowed to be fully explored unless it's mated to a 3" exhaust and high flow cat or test pipe.

the stock transmission is good for quite a bit of power (i forget the HP rating), so unless you enjoy doing burnouts, a new clutch isn't necessary. Plus, if you're gonna do clutch, go ahead and save yourself the time and do a lightweight flywheel.

When doing the engine swap, go ahead and get a FMIC and just plan the engine bay around that. It'll save some time and aches later.

Without an intake and exhaust, you're going to be waiting a while for boost to build. From your list though, it looks like you have enough to safely run 12psi. I'm not sure what the deal with the 440cc injectors and no fuel computer is though. Intuitively it seems like you'd be running really rich by running 440's on the stock ECU.

I would scrap the injectors, rail, FPR for some nice 3" exhaust and testpipe.

If you go to bigger injectors without somesort of engine managment you will run rich. Like everyone else said. You can run 12 psi on a completely stock setup. You really just need an upgraded fuel pump. Some have complained that the stock turbo doesn't last real long running higher than stock boost though.

as much as i like test pipes, i also like being able to breath the air around my car, so I would vote to pick up a high flow cat from someone instead of piping it

Yeah, I just thought in my case that the red neck trucks had already wasted the air already and that the 100mi a week that I drive mine wouldn't really hurt.
