I am in the process of getting sponsored for a bodykit by one of the companies near my work place. They're in the process of designing and so we have not discussed the details and such. I was wondering if anyone had been sponsored before that could share their experiences and such. I don't have the $ to pay for a lot of the mods and sponsorship is the only way to get it paid for but I also don't wanna get screwed cuz they'd modify it so much I can't even put the original stuff back in. Please share ... thanks

Not too sure about modifying it, but make sure you discuss the liabilities of each party beforehand. You don't want them to modify it to the point where you can't drive it everyday or if it looks really bad. Otherwise, if it makes your car look better (and improves dynamic airflow), it could sound like a good thing, especially since there's no money out of your pocket.

AITRacing. We haven't worked out any details yet because the kit isn't out yet. They're possibly releasing a wide-body kit. How does it usually work? you can't keep your stock parts?
