Getting rid of the front license plate...

Hey all, like many of you I absolutely hate having to display my front license plate but I put up with it because chicago cops are ghey. I was toying around with the idea of installing the license plate frame holder somewhere off-center on the front bumper and I came across this:

it looks like it mounts into the tow hitch thing and I was wondering if it would work with our car...any ideas?

Funny you mention this. I saw an S2000 this weekend with something like this.

I wouldn't pay $70 for this though. I was going to attempt to make my own

another question for ya - how do u remove the license plate mount from the bumper? do u need to take the bumper off to get to the bolts? i haven't had time to poke around to figure out on my own...

Nope. Just take the screws off the plate and then you'll see the bolts holding it into the bumper under there.
