How do i go about safely getting rid of the A/C in my car? It all works great but i don't need it nor to i want it. Do i have to worry about stuff spraying out or things exploding if i cut a line? or is there a "right" way to do things?

The "right" way is talking it to a shop and have them hook up their little machine to take the refrigerant out.

The "make sure no one is looking" way is to remove the little fill cap on the low pressure side (big ac hose) and use a little key thing they sell for bike air plugs and open the valve and let the gas escape. OR unbolt the hoses going to the compressor just enough for the gas to escape. Be sure you do it in a well ventilated area and dont stand around the front of the car while this is happening. The gas will make you dizzy and other weird stuff will happen, like squirrels falling out of trees  :pface
