Ok, So im getting ready to turbocharge my KA24DE.I know im gonna needTurbo (T3/T04E)Turbo Manifold (Revhard)Injectors (MSD 50LB)Fuel Management (S-AFR? or would JWT ECU be better ?)FMIC BOVPipingGauges

Now im pretty sure thats everything, Im prob gonna go with the RevHard Manifold and for the injectors prob some MSD 50lbs ?Also the only thing thats stopping me from doing this instead of an SR swap is the oil lines, i dunno why but its always kinda scared me, Everyone tells me to go to mcmasters.com but when i look at it im like duhhhhh i dont know what to look for.. I know im gonna have to tap the oil pan but does any company make oil lines for a T3 ? Im prob gonna be looking at a T3/T04E or maybe a T4, Im not sure yet, but this is my main concern, the oil lines. are there Any KA-T's down in Miami ?Anyway, Thanks for any and all help.

your going to need a fuel rail to run top feed MSD 50lbs inj goto unstable-hybrids.com to get the fuel rail, fuel pump, get a greddy e-manage for fuel management you can program it to run bigger inj and a different maf, and for oil lines goto jgstools.com/turbo for a oil feed/return line kit or goto turbo-performance.com its cheaper their and the search button is your best friend

To keep it cheap i would recommend 440 or 370cc SR injectors, otherwise you'll need to buy a topmount fuel rail. And for less than 9psi i think the safr should be fine....

Are you going to make your own intercooler piping? And what are you going to do about exhaust back pressure and clutch slippage?

if your wanting to save money cheapturbo.com is having a sale on t3/t04e turbos 759.00 shipped thats a t3/t04e turbo what ever specs you want and 35mm tial wastegate w/ whatever spring you want, also you can get a cheap log style manifold at jgstools or just buy flanges and make your own manifold

My Turbonetics T3/T4 was $635 complete. If you stay below 10 psi, you can run the 370cc 300ZXTT injectors along with a computer mod of your choice. I have a JWT upgrade and it runs like a stocker until you nail the throttle (then it has severe traction problems). If you run MSD 50 LB. injectors, you will need to fab a fuel rail (mine cost anout $15). You will also need to upgrade to a Mustang Cobra AFM that will read increased air flow above the max 5volts that the stock one will read. The computer also needs to be upgraded to understand readings above 5 volts and tell the injectors to feed the engine more fuel. If you are going with the MSD/Cobra set up, I would encourage you to build an appropriate bottom end to support the approx 400 HP you could produce (o-rings, forged pistons, forged rods, gridle studs, etc.) Remember turbocharging on a budget is cheap until you destroy your motor and have to do what you should have done in the first place.

Are you talking about 3" intercooler piping? If so, that's a little on the big side. I would stick with 2.25" or possibly 2.5", but I wouldn't go any bigger. All you will do is increase turbo lag by adding more volume to the intercooler system.

you need some kind of wastegate.either you are using internal or u need to buy external. (Tial 35mm or Turbonetics Deltagate)i assume you are going to use the Revhard then, they provide a 35mm wastegate flange.Look out for 300zx TT fuel pumps or Walbro fuel pumps also.
