Getting pissed at new cars

I am getting pissed cause all these new cars that are coming out are getting faster and faster. For instance look at the 2004 Dodge Neons. They have turbo and 220 HP and get in the 14s in the quarter. All this means is i am going to have to make my older car go faster and faster over the years:(

screw cars. start building a bike because after 10 years when we run out of oil and fuel that's all you're gonna get. Bikes are RWD and go as fast as your fat *** can pedal it. You also won't be wasting tire money on bikes by driftin around a parking lot all afternoon for absolutely no reason. Hot chicks can sit on your handle bars and the only tools you need is a 9/16 wrench and a can of wd40.

most new cars need that horspower just to be AS fast as us. You will find most new cars are a LOT heavier then our car, they are weighed down by new required safety equipment and other options. I bet you all those 220+ cars are at least 3000 pounds. at least. its all about the motorcycles in the future

Nah I agree with Mayhem, bicycles here we come....Cause if it comes down to hydrogen and electric powered cars....I'll just ride a bike....I mean whats the point.

When I was like 10 (10yrs ago), I saw something on TV (an hour long special) about how within 50yrs we will run out of fossil fuels. I don't know where we stand on this now, but one day in our lifetime we're gonna run outta gas. When prices get to like 10 bucks a gallon all those people with SUVs are gonna be pissed.

The ruboed Neona will be fast but I doubt they will have any longevity at all.

And rember anyone can spend money for fast stuff its still 205 hp for 20,000.

hey old dodge's are tough. My 89 shadow took a nearly head on collision with a guard rail at 50mph and came out with only a minor dent along the right fender. I even got side swiped and only had slight damage.damn that thing was a tank for it's size : )

Your right Megaseth that Neon thats comin' out is called an SRT-4.

Im not real sure on this but i think it shares the same 2.4L turbo as the new PT CruiserTurbo. I think it makes 215hp, I think its also a collaboration with Mitsu like the Conquest, Stealth, or Avenger.

It was also slated for AWD but -like they typically do- the American Suits decided to bxtchify a good concept.

Neons...atleast pre 2003 have been cheaply made. (except the r/t of course)...When you close the door, it feels like you're going to rip the panel of, ...everything is plastic and cheaply made...o2 sensors go out every year...dodge neon is just an economy car...kinda like the honda civic
