Getting new Tires Soon, got a question.

I currently have the stock 215/55/17 Bridgestones on there and they are complete crap in any sort of weather, so thinking about getting the Continental ExtremeContact DWS, but wanted to upgrade the size on the OEM 17" Wheel. Was wondering if 235/45/17 would be ok and if it would throw my speedo off?

You need to go 235/50/17 to get the right fitment on the 7.5" rim and for your speedo as well.

A 235/45 on a 7.5" rim is not adviasable - you are at the bottom end of the approved rim size, which is not really that good.

I run 235/50/17 on my 17" stockers... speedo is right on.
