Getting my first Nissan!

First - Hello! My name is Jeff and I am in Chicago Illinois USA!

Yeah me!! In a couple of days I will be getting a 2009 Versa 1.8 SL Hatchback. I have compared others in its class, but none have really compared.

I would have gotten it last night but... darn credit issues got in the way. I have to wait til this week for my father in law to come into town and co-sign for me.

All in all, it appears to be a great car.

Any particular bugs or issues I should be aware of?

What's up? Congrats on your new car!! The only issue I've come across is the faulty fuel pump regulator. It's a known issue and if your having trouble cranking up your car that's why.. Other then that it's a pretty solid econo car. What color did you select? S model, SL??

Not getting anything special added at this time. Later on, I might get an amp system for the stereo.

I liked its look, but $$$ wise, the Versa was a better choice. My 2nd choice was the Suzuki SX4.

Figure I would come in here and let you fine folks know that I got the car today.My father in law backed me up with a down payment and co-signing. We decided to lease instead of buy as the payments were a bit lower.
