Getting my car painted smoke, any other suggestions/comments

Well I am getting my car painted, the stock red has almost lost all its life and there are a few nicks and penny size dents that will come out also. I am thinking about going with the new factory nissan color known as smoke, its the charcoal looking color on the new Altima SE-R. What do you guys think? I want something that will look nice and fresh, I like black but there are already to many black s13's. So im thinking a silver or charcoal color will look nice. Anyone have other suggestions? And how do you think it would look? And its a 91 coupe SE

I like that smoke color, but I would do something else to it to make it stand out. Like add a pearl flake to it. Last thing you want is to be sitting next to an altima with the same paint.

Meh, I say leave it the stock paint code.

Try "Jade Green Metallic" too, it's a paint code from the '05 RSX's.

I like the darker silver/smoke color. Just add some crazy metallic flake.

the place i am getting it painted at is a real shop...not like maaco or something. So I can just ask them to add some metallic flake to the paint?

ya that sounds good. i guess thats a no on the two tone i guess im the only one who loves a two tone coupe

I like the Graphite Grey Pearl from the Evo MR. Either that or the Juniper Green Metallic from a stock s13 color.

2 coats of a flat or jet black then coated with blue pearl....looks awesome

but i would say a 2 tone....the Altima paint on bottom and z-tune on top?

man, really, that smoked color is badazz, ..i would'nt add anything to it, no graphics, no sticker's, no 2 tone, just that color, it would look sooooooooooo nice!!!.

doesn't the Z-tune's mix of paint reflect a tiny bit of red and black in it? I read it in the SCC article on the Z-tune.

I say that b/c they're freaking way too many altima's on the road. Why get a car painted the same as another. Just like everyone else has said...add some pearl flake or 2tone it...make it stand out!
