Well i had a 1983 Nissan Sentra 2dr for my frist car. Once i got my 240SX i had no need for it so we "sold" it to my uncle who drove it untill the timing belt poped. That was last year and its been sitting in my back yard since then. Well now he has a 2000 Dodge Ram and im getting my frist car back. I know i have to get a timing belt and a steering rack (always leaked and he never filled it). Well after talking to him i got him to sign the papers for it. Now i have to find a hood/corner light/all door cards and a headliner. I might drive it to the June meet if its running right. I cant wait to get to work on it.

are you going to do some crazy engine swap on it, or just use it as a beater?

uhh no swap im just gona strip it and maybe do some tuning on it. carb'd motor i would LOVE to swap it to RWD but theres too much involved there. Itll end up a beater since the 240 cost way too much for me to run right now

i was thinking FWD CA or SR engine, which would also be complicated, but also turbo'd. strip all possible weight out of it and then autocross it! you'd get better gas mileage, too.

Sounds like a fun project car! That could be quite a fun auto-x'er and drag racer!

That V8 weighs more than that whole car! Gotta love big blocks. Its back in the truck just waiting for all the acc. to be installed.
