fuel air spark, you have 2, check the third. Is anything disconnected?

More details are needed.

You didn't mix up the fuel lines did you? Is the starter good?

i know the fuel lines aent mixed up i made sue to mark them befor i took it out. pretty much what its doing is turning over and popping a bit. and right when i let off trying to start it, it kicks over once. but i think its out of time. just firing at the wrong time maybe?

yes they are all in the correct places so i think, its in order from the manual..like i said im going to set my distributor and see how that works. and im absolutely positive im getting fire pulled #1 and put it to a grounding point and had good spark.

If its popping and kicking your timing is most likley off, search for a fsm and follow the direction on how to set the timing.

Let's see... You started by giving minimal info. Then, he tells you to check codes and you keep digging for more answers instead of just checking the codes. Your car needs 3 things to run. Fuel, Spark, Compression all at the same time. If you have fuel, spark, and compression, something's out of time. When you installed the motor, did you set the timing, or did you just leave it how it was?

yes i did set the time but i think im one notch off.. that would cause it to have high idle right? and with the exhaust on, causing back pressure now it has no power. timing right? bc i have went trough everything else and it all seems to be fine.

I would def. check that timing again. Takes like 15-20 minutes at most.
