Getting a Z - 06 or 07

I've found a Z that is everything I want for a price that I like. It's an 06 Enthusiast, 6mt, Daytona Blue, 20k miles.

Is the extra 6hp, 8lb-ft, and a different hood enough to keep looking for a 07?

I know there is more after market support for the DE, but I don't plan on doing much more than an intake and exhaust.

Also, do the Rev-up DE's still benefit from the plenum spacers?
