Getting a new wing. Finally.

after 6 months of searching i have finally found an accesable wing that i think looks good. it's not made for a 240sx but the dimensions tell me it will fit. actually it's from a 96 mustang called the black widow 800 wing,here's the link http://www.abcexclusive.com/wings_main.htm#bw800whaddya think?

and i dont mean to threadjack but what do you think of mine, stole it off a civic at the scapyard lol... i only keep it cuz of the LED brake light tho

lmao it's not that bad. it fills out the width of the car and only comes out 5 inches and 8 inches of lift, when it's on the car it almost reminds me of a wangan wing. It'll look almost identical to this... but with a void in the middle.

Personally I feel the only way you should have a wing other than what the car came with from factory is if you are actually competing with the car Ie: D1gp, Redline Time Attack, Formula Drift, WRC etc.

But different strokes for diff folks I guess, but i'd be careful I used to have friends that ran around and ripped ricer wings off.

Well, since you're asking what we're thinking of it and not being much of a wingman myself, I don't like the one you're debating. I would prefer no wing on mine, but at least it's factory and asthetically pleasing as oppossed to Gothic City-ish. I would take mine off, but then I'd have to redo the trunk and that doesn't fit in with my clean factory preference. If it were me ... no. But it's you ... do what pleases you!

bought the same wing for my integra awhile back and it was the biggest wing out there. that s*** is bulky and hella ricey. biggest mistake ive made lol just my .02 cents

well of course i had to make some modifications to it, it is really bulky but since your car was an integra anything anyone does to it makes it look ricey IMO.to me, this wing isnt that bad since it sits flush with the hatch. now this is riceyI'm hoping that wing is a joke lol.

It's a but bulky it looks like, and was never a fan of the wangan wings myself. But I haven't seen it on a 240sx so... proceed
