Getting a new clutch kit this summer for my Gen4... Gen5 or Stage 1 kit?

what do you think I should do or what would be the better choice. Stage 1 is still a little better than stock, but since people have said the Gen5 clutches a nice and solid so I don't know were the Stage 1 comes into effect. I would not need a Stage 2 because I am not gonna turbo or anything so yea... What do you think I should do?

go with a centerforce dual friction, or an exedy stage one.
