Best drain the fuel tank then clean it. refill with premium gas (93 octane or above) and use ISO-heet at ever fill up if using E10 or not.
You could use Redline S1 possibly if you don't want to remove the tank.
Mobile 0W-40 I think is what most member like, But synthetic isn't required if you change the oil ever 3000 miles and don't race really hard.
Don't use a Fram or OEM filter, Fram uses cardboard and OEM has gone the same way. Use mobile or almost any other filters you want.
OEM or some after market ones are fine, OEM is preferable but you can use Autozone ones if you must.
Are the chain guides updated?
