Plain and simple, I need help. I am rebuilding my 93 240SX. KA24DE and I'm trying to determine which turbo setup would be the best for it. It's been bored 20 over and I am waiting for the Wiseco pistons and H-Beam rods. Also looking to change cams, lifters and valves. Any suggestions?

i know about what hp the engine will have N/A! I am just now gettin to the turbo, was only askin for advice. yes i AM building the engine, yes i've done the research on the block, had the head port and polished. i've got a degree in automotive technology, and am ASE certified as an engine performance technician. but this goin beyond what a 'normal build' is.

ok, im in the same boat as you, ive got my degree in Auto tech, and 3 ASE certs, if you want some good info check the KA-T section here, and also check out http://www.KA-T.org

ok, first off what type of power are you looking for (with the engine being turbocharged)

second, what are you doing with the car, dd,drift, drag???

third, what is your budget?

fourth, will your car be able to handle the power once its there??? is your suspension in good shape, are your brakes in good condition???

I had a headache. I took some Tylenol. It worked. I might suggest a nice glass of you favorite non-alcoholic beverage to wash down the Tylenol.

Go with a gt28rs, or if you want to be a little more cool, go gt35r. Thats just my impression from turbo shopping, but Turbo sixe mainly comes down to motor strength, budget, hp expectancy. Good Luck!
