Since the Rogue is new, alot of dealers are selling it at MSRP or higher. However, Costco and BJ's has a auto buying program that allows you to get a great discount with participating dealers.

For instance with Costco,I am able to get the Rogue for $300 above invoice ( which is a big difference from the msrp)

With BJ's, I get it for $500 above invoice.

Different participating dealers have varying amounts. I would suggest that if you are a member of any of these stores, that you get a list of participating dealers near you and call around and see how much above invoice they go. Even if you have to pay $50 for a store membership, you still gain alot.

The discounts include a No Hassle 123 plan which means they have to show you all 3 prices..INVOICE, MSRP and YOUR PRICE.

The Rogue I want is $26,140 msrp. The invoice is $23,940 and my price would be $24,240. That is saving $1900 off msrp.

I went to Costco's website to get the preferred dealer, which is in College Station, 1.5 hr from Houston. He won't go below $500 above invoice and it would be a dealer trade from Houston, which means about 200 miles on the odometer by the time I drive it back to Houston.

All other dealers want MSRP, except 2. I ended up buying from the dealer close to my house $447 above invoice, plus some small extra stuffs and 3 free oil changes. I dealt with the internet manager and asked for credit union discount.

It's great that you only pay $300 above.

Each participating dealer has their own "number" above invoice. One told me $300 while another said $750. The best thing is to get a few dealers and call around to see which is the lowest.

Costco only gave me 1 dealer after I put in my zip code. I called and they told me they only give 1 referral each time.

Local dealer here was selling at MSRP. As it says online, "If it was that much in demand, they wouldn't have any on the lot and there would be a waiting list."I wound up getting mine for $1,200 under MSRP.
