get my girlfriend out of my s13!!!!! need help with a NX 1600 question!!! HELP!!

Well my girlfriends ecm crapped out on her due to some previous owner spilling pop, or coffee, of whatever the heck they did around it and now I have to replace it, damnit

but anyways, it's a 91 nissan nx 1600 with the GA16DE engine, same exact thing as the 93 model, and from what I understand there were no changes in anything engine or performance wise during those years. everything in me says to just go ahead and buy what I have found but I'm broke and wanna make sure I am getting the right thing

since there was only like 7 of that model years made, it is damn near impossible to find one at a wreaking yard, but I have found an ecm on ebay for a 93, same everything, and wanna know if it's compatable with the 91.I really, really, REALLY need to get her back on the road and out of my s13 *when she needs to borrow it that is.... grrrr*and I need to get this done asap, so all I need to know is if it will work.

please help, for the sake of my s13's health *she drives like a crazy person, although I love the hell out of her, driving just aint her thing*
