Genuine HKS or REPLICA PLEASE HELP

im looking to buy a used HKS exhaust and cannot tell it it is one of the fake knock offs from ebay any info will help on how to tell the differences..thanks

joe- it has the blazed tips but i have no idea what those really short pipes are for none of the brand new HKS comes with them as far as i know.. Am i missing something?

That exh is made to fit both the Z and the G. The short pipes are for the 6" longer wheel base on the G.

this does fit both. The best way to tell is the tips. If it is a knock off the tips will lose the blue in a very short time, they are just anodized. The real one is acculy a burnt tip. the blue will stay on.

on the HKS i belive that the tips say HKS

The real HKS would have it's logo on the exhaust. And as for the short pipes, those are little extenders so that it would fit the G.

Looks just like the HKS High Power to me...

Double check for that HKS symbol that WILL be on there somewhere if its genuine.

If I recall on mine, it does not say HKS anywhere on the exhaust. Mine also did not come with pipe extensions BUT it did come with an H-pipe.
