Hey Im all for welfare restrictions. If your in line jabbin on a cellphone, get f' up out da line and come back when you're really poor. People throw word around all the time, we see racism used like antibiotic ointment on anything a white man says to a black man. We see the word poverty used far too often as well. True poverty does not exist, generically speaking, in America. Poverty is Ethopia, where your family literally looks like a barcode label. We have "poverish" folks here on cellphones, driving cars, often newer nicer ones, so tinkering with regulations where people get filtered based on need is ok with me. Lets remember, Marxism says "from each according to their ability, to each according to their need". As reprehensible a notion as that is, the later part makes sense for doling out tax payers money to the needy.

Would you appreciate it if you were in line to buy something you needed and were mandated to buy someone a pay-cell with enough minutes for the month and that person didn't have a job other than to collect welfare and food stamps? Most of us are not mean-hearted. We are tired of a system that revolves around a hand out instead of a hand up. You can spin it any way you want.
