hiI plan to kill my boost for pretty long term, by opening my internal wastegate. (i'm going to take off wastegate actuator)

is it safe way to do it? will any turbo part (like turbine, and gate itself) going to get damaged by hot exhaust gas?

when i open my gate, i'm going to tie it with some kind of metal wire so it can be opened full time.

I put 300 miles on my engien that way while breaking it in. It's safe, as logn as you keep the oil and coolant lines attached because the exhaust still goes through the turbo. You'll also have to be careful and not boost inspite of the open wastegate because at really high rpms there just may be enough backpressure to boost with open WG.
