i own a '95 240 with about 68k miles and I decided that by the time i turbo'd the KA it wouldnt even be worth it, so I plan on going SR in the future but I was curious if the engine swap was all that went along with it or if I would have to do suspension mods or anything extra to handle the xtra power...??

Hey hey, I have the a S14 also. Mine is VLSD equipped with no ABS, Canadian SE. I have some brake upgrades and wider tires.

I think if such low mileage, 68k, suspension isn't really mandatory. The stock s14 suspension is already very good. Don't flame me. This is just my personal opinion. maybe some chassis stiffening can do you fine for a little while before you up the boost.

Captain I H8 NICO says: Maybe not neccessary, but you might want to consider how you will stop all that extra power, NO??

THANKS AGAIN!

Driveline? They are pretty soild on the 240's I wouldnt worry about it unless you are 400+ hp. I would ocncentrate on other stuff.

I have brake lines all around, brembo slot/dimple drilled rotors. KVR front and metal at back. Braking is excellent. The 240sx brake system is good enough already. It could have been better if my aged bushings were swapped out with urethane ones. My T/C rods bushing is weak from aging, so changing it would increase braking performance on an already excellent braking car.
