General question about Infiniti Service / QX80

Our 2016 QX80 has been our favorite automobile; we've owned a lot! I even prefer it over our most recent SUV purchase, a 2023 BMW X5. With that said our local (DFW Texas) Infiniti service centers have absolutely ruined the Infiniti brand for us due to abysmal performance starting during the pandemic. Sadly, even the centers themselves admit they just can't keep the talent they once had. I'd really like to get the 2025 QX80 for my wife when available, but I'm just not comfortable enough due to all of our issues. Is this a common experience with everyone posting here? Is it maybe unique to our area?
