New to Rogue ownership and new to this forum. I've attempted to search but can't find any posts that directly address this topic.

Previously I owned a 2009 Infiniti FX35 with the 360 camera system. There is a simple mod that allows for the use of the 360 camera system at any speed, removing the 6mph (10km/h) restriction while in drive. I found this mod handy for parking lots and approaching curbs on the passenger side - I would really love to have this option on my 2014 Rogue SL however before I do this I wanted to see if any member had already attempted it.

If the wiring for the AV system is similar between the Infiniti and Nissan, then all this mod takes is unplugging/snipping the speed signal wire located in the wiring harness right inside the driver kick panel. Looking at the 2014 Rogue SL radio wiring schematic, you can see the Speed Signal, green wire in slot 18.

Has anyone attempted this mod on the Rogue? I would love input from anyone more familiar with wiring schematics than I am!

I haven't seen it done on a Rogue, but the '14~'15's basically have the same navi as the '14~'15 Altimas. I have seen it done on those, so I suspect it will work fine.
