I don't know what the J30 rear is, but that sounds more like what it would be.

Sorry I jsut resurected this but...

Has anyone tried yet to graft/hack/bodge an RB25 (GTS-t) or Z32 gearbox onto the CA?

Further to that, does anyone know where I can get the Factory Service manual for the GTS-t, particularly the Gearbox (MT) and Engine Mechanical sections?

Cheers,Jezz.

I was under the impression that the RB25 box would mate up to a CA bellhousing, a hybrid of sorts.

Yeah, quite possibly, I've found someone that has botched them onto SR20's, and I know an SR20 box can be put onto the CA (with a bit of messing) so it's looking pretty good.

I just need to get an RB box and give it a go, if I have to chop and weld a couple of bell housings togeter then so beit, certainly a cheap way to getting a strong box. :)

The RB25 head and block is very similar the CA.
