I had a few new thing happen with my QX56.
1. Yesterday my right turn signal would blink then turn off.
2. Today when I tried to put my car in Park it would not go in park. The break lights are out. I was able to drive the car and now both turn signals don't work.
3. When the car is in cruise control the left turn signal will kick off the cruise control but the right turn signal does not kick off the cruise control.
4. The horn is not working either. I had someone look at both the fuses and the relay switch both seems to be fine.

Reading on the internet it seems to be the brake switch relay located on the brake pedal. If I replace this would this fixes the turn signal issues also?

Sounds to me like the BCM (body control module) could be the issue.

You can try resetting the BCM by disconnecting the car battery for about 10 minutes.
