I got a 95 240Sx SE KA24E, after driving on a highway for about couple miles while foot on gas paddle all of suddently the engine started to idle, but car does not pick up speed. It feel like it slipping out of gears. but the shift is in the gears. I just got a brand new Centerforce dual fiction clutch put in about 2 month ago. Engine does not cut-off, I have to slow down to lower the speed and shift it back to 2nd or 3rd gears in order to get the car moving again, but when I am in 5 gears for another mile or so on. It started to idle again. Everytime it did that the Engine Light come on. The code is P0100 (MAF) Mass Air Flow. Is it the MAF sensor cause the car to do that? Need help to solve the problem.

Sounds like a MAF issue, you're losing engine power. Find a used maf, they are pretty easy to come by. However make sure you get the right one for your car... KA24E mafs will not work with the DOHC mafs, and the plugs are different in the S13 KA24DE engines, and the S14 KA24DE

You did say you have a KA24E... Anything newer then 1991 came with a KA24DE...
