gear shifter

does anyone know the diameter of the gear shifter "shaft" i guess u would call it. just the metal stick thingie, im lookin into replacing the actual shifter, and dont wanna order the wrong one.

take it apart, there is a post somewhere where i did a write up on it in this forum, the job is easy, shouldnt take you more than half an hour max..... good luck, hope this helps

take what apart?? i have taken apart the shifter knob before, it didnt take me half an hour. im just too lazy to measure the stick of it.
