Gear Shift Rattling/Vibrating at high speed

My 2012 Nissan Rogue SL AWD rattles/vibrates at the gear shift when I reach a high speed. I also sometimes notice a vibration in my driver side door as well, but the gear shift is worse. Any ideas?

Does anything else vibrate? What are you referring to as a high speed? 80+?
Can you tell us what speed and rpm that you notice it most?
Does it happen under braking, too?

My first thought is that you have a wheel out of balance, but lets get some more clues on the table first.
