S13 and S14:

Final drive = 4.083:1

Transmission = 1st..........2nd.....3rd.......4th.......5th Gear......Gear.....Gear....Gear.....Gear

3.321 / 1.902 / 1.308 / 1.000 / 0.759

And reverse is a little higher than 1st...like a 3.6 or so.

DAMN GOOD QUESTION! I've been wondering that for some time now and haven't heard anything back. I guess our 240s aren't as popular as those muscular domestics...

Nissan Motorsports used to make a 3.6 set, but I don;t know if it's still available.

Other than that, the J30 is a 3.91...

180SX has a 4.36 in some models...

And that's about it.

There are other variants that are considered an R200 diff, but they have different pinion shaft lenght and other stuff that will not allow their use in our S-chassis diffs.

So 3.6 is probably the only option for you.

(BTW, the 300ZX TT has a 3.6 or so, but the diff is an R230, so that will not fit either, FYI...)

That kinda blows. Well, thanks for the heads up. I guess it'll be a never ending quest. There are transmission gears out there for say....1600 bucks. A little to steep for me though.
