What does your versa's rpms rev at when going 70 mph on the highway?? I have a 6 spd by the way. im curious to hear what others rev at. Mine is about 3100-3200 rpms when going 70 mph. Normal or not?

Yeah, that seems about right. My CVT is right about 2400-2500 at 70-75mpg.

Yup... the short final drive is ideal for narrow European city streets and country roads... and for towing trailers, but not as ideal for typical North American roads.

The 5 speed in the Honda Civic revs to about 2800-2900 if I remember correctly, while the automatic revs around 2500. So it's not unique just to the Versa.
