When I shift my car in 1st gear and I start to pull out the clutch it pops out of gear every time. If I hold it in gear really hard it will stay sometime but I cant get on it hard. The dam thing keeps popping out. can anyone tell me what i need to look at to fix it

"where can I get the parts"

That definitely sounds like the synchros are going out to me.
