is it bad for the trans if service GL-5 gear lube is used instead of GL-4 gear lube if the weight is the same? whats the main difference?

I believe the gl5 just has the LSD addetive, completely harnless in your trans, don't worry

GL-5 does have the lsd additive.. but i spoke with a guy from Redline and he said that makes it too slippery for the trans? okay for the diff but should use GL-4 for transmission
