Gear and Engine Oils

I just realized I haven't changed my gear oil since I got the car, putting 20k on it. What would be the best oil to get? I'm getting Redline, but do I get 75w90, or something else, what is best in your opinions.

Also on a stock block, what would be the best engine oil to use? Right now I use synthetic 5w30, should I be using something thicker?

For engine oil, I use Mobil 1 10w/30 during the summer and 5w/30 in the winter months in Central Indiana.

I'm not entirely sure whether the viscosity is 75w90 or 90w120. The local dealership uses gear oil labeled "GL 5". Call your local dealer and see if they can advise you as to which viscosity it is.

If you have VLSD then use a 75W90 that is for limited slip diffs (they say it on the back). I don't remember what brand I put in mine. As for engine oil, go with Mobil1, you just can't beat it with any other readily available synthetic.
