WOW! thats ironic.... i was planing on going to the track the day before thanksgiving (the last day of the season in my area) and it just happened to be that out of about 2 months with no rain, it rains for just that one day so my track day got canceled too

my times are a little better in part because of my location. sacramento is about sea level (i think like 20 ft above or something like that). what i did was take out my spare tire, car jack, and back seat lol then when you're going to do a burn out, pull up the E brake and step on the brake and gas at the same time to get your RPMs up, then take your foot off the brake while keeping the E brake up.... with my 3.5se CVT i barely got a little screech from the tires but it helped to get them sticky
then when you line up and get ready to go, step on the brake and gas at the same time to get your RPMs up (make sure your E brake is DOWN). on the last yellow light, blink your eyes and then hit the gas (got it from the corvette guys lol) by the time you react and actually start going the light will already be green so you'll get a good reaction time.........
i'm no professional but these are some things that helped me and joe21 asked for my advise...... i'm not trying to sound like a know it all so pls don't take it the wrong way anyone
