haha see thats the thing. my kits will be dyno tuned, pressure drop will be noted, and max power will be tested. the 825hp from precision, i have dyno proof that it can take back to back pulls and still make the same power with no heat soak for at least 500hp. 500 may be doable, i would just have to find a way to cut costs. you have to realize cores arent cheap themselves. if i were to make a kit for 500 you would get the same core or equivalent to the rb25 one i did. yeah its still good for 400hp but i know how people like big cores...

as for the welding, yes i know i have no name. thats why im here. but my welds are clean, i go to school for it, certification is coming soon. i use hardly any filler material in these welds. i spend the extra time to get the pipes to fit perfectly together, fuse them together, penetration is sufficient with no undercut. if you polished the pipes, you can hardly tell theres was a weld. i can fill in gaps like a mofo too..haha. i took a 2" elbow and welded it to a 2.5" pipe. that was fun..thanks man.

as for the t bolts..we have an account with a wholesaler for vibrant. how cheap is dirt cheap though?

Just trying to help out if you got the dyno time for your kits themselves to go with the kits thats a huge selling point and you can ask more for them. BTW is your shop in hagerstown cuz i'm um in pa like 45 mins from york and I might have some stuff to throw your way as far as intercooler and metal fab work.

I have a hatch I'm building a 20 in right now and would defiantly be interested in you doing a set up for it if you can come up with a cooler setup like what i'm looking for I could trailer the car down and leave it with you till you got it done. It would be easier for me that way its out of my garage and maybe I'd end up outsourcing my coolers and pipes to you instead of doing them in house.

im down for whatever man. the pipes we get good deals on. if you want to find a core yourself that would be cool though, i dont think precision carries the ones i need for the setup. when the time comes drop me an email and we can figure something out.

To bad I cant find it but if i recall it was likle the most powerfull KA in the world it was like 650whp or something along those lines, in the pics it had the same IC as me the 4" thick core, with huge XS power stamped on top of it, and im sure the KA was running a good amount of boost.Ryan

Not the most powerful anymorehttp://forums2.nicoclub.com/sh...75151 but also you post is useless without pics and yea your intercooler held 650 hp but one off a supra holds 1000hp it doesn't mean it will work for our application here. The thing that I've always found tricky is keeping the stock intake set up and making an intercooler setup which is actually extremely functional. When the time comes I'll post up plenty of pics to show you guys what I mean.
