No its just a short ram (short pipe and cone filter)Philly_16 wrote:Would these group buys apply to us Canadian customers? Is the Stillen intake system cold air (does the filter go into the front fender) and does the install require the moving of any under hood parts such as the washer fluid bottle? I have been there before and its hell...LOL Thanks.
We are doing a test this weekend to confirm that it will fit on the 2.5 but as of right now we do not have confirmation.bina12834 wrote:yea.....noone has specified if it will work with the 2.5

Kyle, can you post some pictures of the Stillen intake? It seems like no one has seen it.kyle@stillen wrote:

Thank you.
Ive seen it. Its aesthetic qualities really aren't that great. But it gets the job done for a short ram.desertdragon wrote:

Haha that is the production intake. It was offered to me a long time ago, however, I like the look of the Injen much better. Besides, owning 2 intakes is redundant when a turbo is about to go on it anyways. The black piece is the stock flex tube used to create the perfect attachment angle in the stock intake piping. On this application it creates the perfect angle to bolt the intake to the support bolt. I have also heard things about the ribbed plastic piece being there to create an accelerating air flow pattern, but I haven't confirmed that.dldjros69 wrote:I like the rubber hose look at the opposite end of the cone.
Is that a 3.5 part, or is that the stillen part?
Maybe the production intake will have more aesthetics.
Put me down for an Injen....and a Nismo exhaust by the end of the monthdldjros69 wrote:Any updates when this is going to be sold?
Were starting the project around the 20th of this month. I would be willing to part with it for around $200 shipped.Hussain wrote:when are you getting the turbo put on? since you're replacing the injen with a turbo, how much would you be willing to sell your injen intake for? lol
On a muscle car, you might gain that, but neva with a 4 cyl or v608Coupe wrote:Ribbed hoses are used by carmakers to make repairs easier and to baffle the intake sounds. If u look at racecars, turbo kits, CAI all smooth pipes. On my GTO just removing the Ribbed oem pipe and replacing the maf pipe with a slightly larger smooth pipe gave me 7rwhp on a dynojet. Then replacing the airbox with a cone type filter and heatshield was another 11rwhp....Same dyno same day!
Damn, $40 more and you get a new one in the box.adidas2go wrote:I would be willing to part with it for around $200 shipped.
