Very nice addition over all.

thats why i said the hell with it and just use the bully dog tuner to erase the error.crayzitalian3 wrote:

I guess I should qualify that statement "the mechanic who installed my header said "the header bolted right up without a problem" It's 105 deg. here and I wasn't about to lay in the driveway for 2 hours in this freakin' heat.crayzitalian3 wrote:hey datalux how exactly did you install the flange, thats the only part im stuck on and then this is getting installed
Do you have an aftermarket intake installed? I'm curious about the intake temps.Datalux wrote:
I know my intake temps went from the 140's to 150's on a really hot day.
K&N - not in trafficThrockmorton wrote:

this maybe a real dumb question, how did you know your intake was that hot? cuz im in az and summer here are well in the 100'sdldjros69 wrote:

If its 70 outside the intake temp its about 81. it seems to be 11 degrees higher.
I pulled over one day looking at a map on my iphone. i was there for about 5 minutes. It was about 90 degrees. Hot and humid for PA. My intake temp went up as far as 125 degrees. i drove off and the temp came down with in a minute or so.
Yes I have a K&N intake installed as well as the Bully Dog GT Tuner which is what I'm reading the intake temp from. In the cool mornings temps range 70-80's.Throckmorton wrote: Do you have an aftermarket intake installed? I'm curious about the intake temps.
Are there 2 sensor post cat??? i thought there was only one down there. (im guessing i have what you have minus the flang thingy.Datalux wrote:dldjros69 - when you say "Im not sure if you can extend the 2nd o2 sensor, i totally skipped that step." are you saying you don't have both sensors post cat?? Are you getting an SEES light? Mine went on this morning on the way to work.
Yup, two bungs for the sensors on the flange post cat. Odd, my Bully Dog gives me a blank screen when I go to Diagnostics and I have an SES. Seems to be a programming issue with the JA05E....or I'm doing something wrong.dldjros69 wrote:

But i didnt use the flange or the bung hole thingy.
Yes i get the SES light every 25 to 100 miles. Except this time ive gone about 200 miles since the light has come on.
I use the bully dog tuner to clear the error code.
