If you saw in my other topic I just got scammed pretty bad on a cheap S13. I'm going to go work on it today and hopefully get some of the problems fixed, I'm going to need some ideas on what I'm going to do to get some of the stuff working again.First of all the kid lost and broke his only key so he took the key tumbler off and now you start it with a screwdriver.... If I get a tumbler with a key off of a parts car tomorrow it should just bolt on shouldn't it?

Next comes the huge laundry list of electrical problems. After I got the car and night time rolled around I found out that none of the dashlights worked, the wipers don't work, neither do the tails/brake lights, turn signals, and the speedo doesn't work either. The little scammer kept saying before hand that it's just the fuses and that's why i actually left his house without the lights working, I had to go to a gas station to get fuses. I replaced the fuses for the brakes and tails and that didn't fix the problem, so I assumed it wouldn't work on everything else.

Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this? I'm probably just going to try and put the new tumbler in, hopefully fix all this electrical stuff and try and sell the car for close to what I bought it for since it was cheap($700) and go back to looking for another better 240.

Check all your fuses (engine bay and driver panel). You are going to need the wiring diagram if the fuses don't help a multimeter. If you replace all fuses and still no power, start tracing voltages from the battery to the electronics one at a time.

At the positive battery terminal, there are two small plugs that plug into the big red terminal. Make sure they're plugged in and not corroded. They power everything that isn't engine related
