Gauges arent lighting up

everything else in my car electronically is working fine but my guages dont light up and i searched for the fuse and couldnt find it. someone help me

what kind of car? does your hvac, shifter, hazard switch, and all that other stuff light up?

I do not believe that they are, but i checked every fuse by my pedals an they all were working, as far as i could tell and it is a 95 240sx

ok, good chance that your dimmer switch is the problem. that is very common. unplug dimmer switch and jump a wire from the black wire to the red wire with yellow stripe.
