gauges and seatbelts question

are the two systems on the same circuit? i ask because i lost the drivers side seat belt and the dash lights at the same time. no illumination lights on the dash and the seat belt doesnt move anymore. its a 93 240.

so youre telling me, no one knows anything about the way the seat belts or gauges work?
