gauge relay buzz!

Theres a unit above my fuse box in my 89 240sx, that conects the wiring to my meters. That unit makes a buzzing sound whenever im driving. Its annoying the hell out of me. What can i do?

blue? bulb check relay? i forget what the bulb check relay does. i assume you have a short.
