Gauge needles not lit up when lights on

I own a 95 Maxima. My problem is quit confusing for me, it seems that i get power to all other lights on my gauge panel but for some reason my needles will not light up. I have checked all the fuses and found them to be intact. Is there some way I could re-wire the needle lights into the power wires for the head-lights? if so how would i go about it and what wires are what? Any help on fixing this is much appreciated.

all that lighting is incorperated into the cluster assembly. I assume its an SE model I believe they are the only ones with illuminated needles. The bulb for the needle could be burnt or are you saying they are all burnt out?
