gauge needle problem.

hey everyone,

please help me. i have a 1993 240sx hatchback. i bought the new face gauge and with the IntelliGlow Needle Kits. well there is a problem when i put it all together. after i got everything going, the needle seem it dont want to work. is there a way i can get help on installing the needle back on? i search and search on here and still no help. on my gas needle it goes past empty, my mph needle seem not going up at all, my rpm goes up but its not at the right level, and my temperature needle seem to be right. can anyone piont me to the right direction on how to put it all back to work and i thank you so much in advance!
