Gauge install

to complete my turbo install I was going to mount a turbo boost gauge and oil pressure gauge on top of the steering column. I didn't like the way it looked, so I took out the tray under the radio, got a piece of plexiglass and cut two 2" holes, used black spray paint on the back side of the glass ( so the front wouldn't scratch, and mounted my gauges below the radio.. it's out of the way, easy to read, but not obnoxious... pix to follow if interested..

pretty nice install for an amateur... painted the back of the plexiglass so it won't ever scratch off. when I get them powered up, I'll take more pictures. The plexiglass is easy to work with, cuts with a sabre saw, used a standard 2 inch hole saw on my drill.. a little sanding on the edges to make it fit tight, used existing screws for the radio bezel... I think it looks pretty sanitary..
