gauge cluster

Okay so i had this speedometer sticker that cover my whole gause cluster including the speedo,rpm,temp,and fuel gause and it was silver sticker. I took the dash apart and took off the sticker well i must have bumped the needles on the cluster and now when i turn my car on and its idling the rpm is at like 400 and when i press on the gas i know im supposed to be at like 4000 rpm and its only at like 1000 and when i get to about 5200rpm its only at like 2200. When i drove it for like 20min the temp gauge needle never went up and i cant see that my gas gauge went down any and it should have since i stomped ion the gas on interstate and was going like 110mph for 20min but it never moved any suggestions why these needles aremnt working??? But the weird thing is the only needle thats working properly is the speedo needle it goes up and down accuratly help pleasse!
