I have a 90 240 fastback sohc I was wondering if I were to get a gauge cluster out of a 91-94 240 what would I need to do to get it to work in my car?

You'd have to swap the tachometers...the SOHC and DOHC have different signals, and are NOT compatible.

Just take off the clear plastic and black bezel on the front, remove the four screws on the back and you're done.

ya, it is not bad. The hardest part is getting to the cluster. There is a good write up on how to get to the cluster here http://lsauto.com/install.asp you can just ignore the stuff about swapping the speedo. The tach should just be 3 or 4 screws to remove and drop the new one in.
