Well I'm trying to replace the gauge cluster bulbs with new led bulbs and I've read two guides but when I get to the part of removing the plastic cover it gets stuck behind the steering wheel adjustment knob any tips? Here's some pictures. The thing circled in red is blocking me. I'm trying to take the yellow highlighted part off. Thanks in advance. Merry Christmas

When i removed mine i squeezed it and turned it clockwise and pulled it off that way. easier said than done though. be VERY gentle because it cracks very easy. remove the steering column covers and steering wheel for extra space also. Good luck!

just drop the column there are 2 bolts under it that you can remove and the whole column will drop

Your best bet is to drop the steering column.

the way i did it was to take all of the plastic parts off then you look under the steering column there should be two main bolts take those off and you can push the steering wheel pretty far down. and as for the led lights its very simple take the cluster out and get your leds from superbrightleds.com then use the wedge bulbs and it should look sick i have red in mine

Two 12mm bolts are holding it.
